Irish Wholesale Flags use Fastway Couriers for deliveries of small packages within Ireland and the U.K.


All orders received before 4 pm will normally be dispatched that day or next working day. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland should arrive within 24 hrs, 48 Hours to Northern Ireland and UK (please note that this does not apply to custom made items)
Your presence is required as an authorized person to collect the item. Please ensure that your correct address is provided and phone number. Deliveries need to be signed for.

Actual time of delivery cannot be confirmed in advance.

No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays

On all orders within Ireland worth over €100.

Lost deliveries

In the unlikely event that your package goes missing, we will either arrange to resend the goods or refund your payment. If the package is not returned to us and GLS, Fastway, Dpd or Irish Post confirm the goods have been signed for at your address we reserve the right to charge you for the goods.


Please ensure the correct address details are given for your order.
Deliveries can be made to working addresses if credit card address is verified.

International Orders (outside Ireland)
Delivery charges for the all above orders have to be confirmed.
Customers outside European Union will be responsible for custom or duty fee. Please check your local custom office

Must be posted in advance of dispatch we also need 10 working days to clear cheque.

As long as the item is not used we will be happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange.

  • Goods can be returned within 12 months of purchase.
  • Goods must be in original packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.

NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first. Postage is non-refundable.

What Happens Next?

  • We will notify you via e-mail upon receipt of goods.
  • We will carry out your instructions as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability).
  • Full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.

Goods should be accompanied with a completed returns form
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Goods must be in original packaging.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • Please include a postal receipt

What Happens Next?

We will notify you via e-mail upon receipt of goods.
We will carry out your instructions as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability) then refund any standard postage costs to you.

Special Notes:

Irish Wholesale Flags carriage charges are based on normal carriers, these services are not guaranteed.

Should the carrier fail to deliver, they cannot be held accountable and neither can Irish Wholesale Flags for the cost of either the carriage or the goods.

Custom made products are not held in our stock and will be manufactured specially to order.  Because of this, any order placed cannot subsequently be amended, cancelled or returned. In the event that they are, costs incurred by Irish Wholesale Flags will be charged.
